Palatum Catering is a service specialised in private aviation catering. The need to offer a high-standard product and service to a demanding client has driven the development of this service in the national market.
This operation requires an organised and systematised structure capable of responding to the dynamics, unpredictability and customisation of the offer. Therefore, we rely on a careful, rigorous and standardised assembly line, aligned with our partner Bestfly, to ensure that the premium experience is consistent throughout the passenger’s journey.
We develop custom menus with the essence of Ovina Yetu and the signature of Chef Helt Araújo, where we tell the story of Angola and our origins, to passengers who value comfort, convenience, and above all, experience.
